Hole 1
Playing Tips:
Our shortest par 4 on the course but definitely not the easiest – this dog-leg, left hole has its tricks!
Long hitters can try for the green in one, but most players should try and hit their drive up the right side of the fairway to give you an open look to the green for the second shot.
The corner of the dog-leg is guarded by a large and wide tree which affects the second shot. A drive up the left means a low running shot under the tree is required. From a perfect drive, a short iron shot puts the ball onto a two tiered green, that is protected by two bunkers.
The green slopes from back to front and right to left so there is no easy putt.
Pro’s Advice: A good hole to start your day, can be an easy par or a hard double!
