The Pambula Merimbula Golf Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, 29 November at 9.30am in the Presentation Lounge at the clubhouse.
Vacant Director Positions
Nominations have now closed for the positions of President, Vice-President, Club Captain, Treasurer and four (4) directors.
One nomination was received for each of the positions of President, Vice-President and Club Captain, which will result in these nominees, Jeanette Hall, Tony Freeman and Wendy Maxworthy being appointed to their respective positions unopposed.
Details of their terms of appointment are:
Jeanette Hall President (Term expires – 2021 AGM)
Tony Freeman Vice-President (Term expires – 2022 AGM)
Wendy Maxworthy Club Captain (Term expires – 2022 AGM)

Voting will be conducted in the Presentation Lounge commencing 11am Friday 20 November 2020 and closing 5pm Friday 27 November 2020.
Details of actual voting times, plus details of each candidate, will be posted on the Club Notice Board, website and advised in E-news prior to the commencement of voting.
